ALL SALES ARE FINAL. healed-ish® store items are made-to-order, therefore we do not allow returns/refunds unless your item falls into one of the categories below:

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at info@healed-ish.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges 

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size/color, you may contact us regarding an exchange by sending an email to info@healed-ish.com. Please note: SHIPPING COSTS for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations or Changes to Your Order

Merchandise available on our site is made-to-order, therefore orders cannot be changed/canceled once the purchase transaction has been completed through our online store. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us at info@healed-ish.com to receive instructions on returning the item and being issued a store credit. Please note: SHIPPING COSTS associated with order changes are the customer's responsibility.
